Lockheed-Martin (DBA International Launch Services, or ILS), manufactures the Atlas series of medium lift launch vehicles. Their partner in ILS, Khrunichev State Research and Production Space Center in Russia, also provides use of the Proton rocket as a launch vehicle for ILS.
ILS has launched space probes as a NASA subcontractor, including the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter.
They are currently the only private launch provider in the United States with a man-rated orbital launch vehicle.
