Sea Launch

Sea Launch is a successful private launch provider using Russian Zenit launch vehicles to place satellites in orbit. They have successfully reduced average launch costs by using a proven rocket design as their launch vehicle and by using a floating launch platform which can be towed to international waters to conduct launches, reducing infrastructure and administrative costs.
