ANTONIO FERREIRA CESARINO JUNIOR - (16.03.1906 - 10.03.1992)

He was the author of the Labor Law in Brazil, with the publication of the first books on the substance: “Social Law in Brazil' (1940) and Procedural law of the Work (1942). Innovator in the methodology of the education of the Labor Law, instituting periods of training in the Justice of the Work, unions, Regional Police station of the Work, National Institute of the Social Insurance and Human resources department of companies, beyond elaboration of small monographs on doctrinal or jurisprudenciais subjects, under its orientation or of assistants.

He carried through in São Paulo, in 1954, the first World-wide Congress of Right of the Work.

He formed the first generations of work lawyers and Judges. Author of others some books and countless articles on Right and Medicine of the Work in national and foreign magazines.

Died in 10 of March of 1992.

Awarded with the Medals of the Order of the Social Merit (1963) for the Institute of Social Right and Medal Jorge Duprat Figueiredo (1988) for the FUNDACENTRO  Member of Brazilian Medical Associations (AMB) and Medical São Paulo Association (APM) and of the Academy of Medicine (São Paulo) Former-President of the Department of Medicine of the Work of the São Paulo Association of Medicina (APM)  Former-Member of the Self-Regulating Body of the Medicine Profession of São Paulo (CREMESP)  Idealizer and Former-President of the São Paulo Academy of Right and the Institute of Social Right.
