None known. Existence of extremophiles on Earth raise the possibility of current life on Mars.

All known life requires liquid water. Pockets of liquid water on Mars may exist near active geothermal features, or when very salty. Water saturated with Calcium Chlorate can be liquid at 218 K (-55° C, −71° F), which is near the average temperature on Mars.
