Orbital Sciences Corporation (OSC) is a private commercial launch provider. They currently employ an air-launched orbital launch vehicle, Pegasus, and two ground-launched orbital launch vehicles, Taurus and Minotaur. OSC was one of the first viable commercial launch companies, and was the first to develop its own launch vehicle independent of previous contract work with government space agencies.
